Kayseri Tayyare Fabrikası
Merhaba , eski kitapları kurçalarken polonya dilinde yazılımış bir kitapta Kayseri ucak fabrikası hakkında resimlere ulaştım. Türk Hava Küvvetleri 14 P.24A 26 P.24C Polonyadan sipariş etmiş, teslimatı 1937 yılında yapılmıştı. Kayseri Teyyare fabrikasında 20 adet P.24A/C daha sonra ek olarak 30 adet P.24G üretilmiştir.

Jabo pilotu Teğmen Frank Liesendahl
Teğmen Frank Liesendahl , Luftwaffenin az bilinen Ace Jabo pilotlarından biridir. O bir Bf109F-4 pilotuydu, fakat hedefleri ucaklar değildi. Bf109F-4 ucağının sonunda B harfi saklıdır. Kendisi İngiliz kanalında gemilerle savaşan bir avcı bombardıman ucağı pilotudur.
250 kilo bomba ile düşman kargo gemilerine, 1800 metreden saate 450 km hızla dalışa gecerdi. Hedefe 500 metre irtifa kalınca 550 km/H ye ulaşır bombasını atar, yokesini abanır tekrar yükselerek kaçardı. Avcı pilotları gibi vurduğu gemileri kuyruğuna işlerdi.
Temmuz 1942 de yeni atandığı Fw190A-3 jabo ucağıyla çıktığı görev uçuşunda hayatını kaybetmiştir. İngiliz kargo gemisine dalışa geçmiş bombarlarını atmasına rağmen hedefe ıskalamıştır. Ucağın üstündkei silahlar ile gemiye saldırmak istemiş fakat gemiden açılan ucaksavar atışları sonucunda yara almıştır. Ucağı ingiliz kanalı na çakılan pilot daha sonra naaşı denizden çıkarıldı. Ölümünden sonra Ritterkreuz layık görülmüştür. Ucağının pervanesi pervanesi denizden çıkarılmıştır.

Bf109 ucaklarının nişangahı 12 derece aşağıya bakar, Bu şekilde pilot nişan alır. Alman pilotlar 12 derece aşağidaki hedeften daha yüksekte uçarlar, Ucağın burun yapısı aşaği eğiktir buda çok iyi bir ileri görüş imkanı sağlar.
Alman ucaklarınında el kitapları bu sisteme göre yapılmıştır. Bu gördüğünüz Bf109G-6 ful silahlı versiyonunda nişangah hattını ve silah hattını görebilirisiniz. Bf109 ucaklarının silah sistemi e serisi hariç vertical targeting bulunmaz. Ucağın özel burun tasarımı ve motordan gecen topun yapısı buna izin vermez. Sadece kanat topları için horizontal targeting ve az biraz vertical targeting verilebiliyordu.
